RE/MAX Special Projects
Working directly with the CEO, I developed a one-of-a-kind "BRAND EXPERIENCE” and retail store. I defined all operating costs for custom inventory and semi-permanent display space, I then worked with the building manager and IT to solve installation needs, power and security requirements, digital compliance, point-of-sale and inventory controls. I was able to successfully leverage relationships that I had previously built with vendors and display partners. The concept of 39North was a way to champion RE/MAX being founded in Colorado. This solution also defined a new way for family-of-brands to be presented under the common banner of 39North — with private label wearables and limited edition promotional products. The RE/MAX timeline wall (installation). After two site surveys, a well-known tradeshow & display company decided this project was "...not possible, because the wall is curved”. I stepped in with a design solution of my own. In three days, I had drawn-up a tracKit UI/UX solution. A week later I had found vendor partner(s) and put together a complete project bid with mock-ups. Presented my plan to RE/MAX leadership, then successfully installed my vision (shown below) @ RE/MAX, LLC
